Job Summary
Maintain assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner, ensuring the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation. Submit maintenance work orders, respond promptly to guest and department requests, and fill transport carts with supplies. Enter guest rooms following access procedures, replace amenities and linens, make beds, clean bathrooms, remove trash, and verify appliances are present and functional. Dust, polish walls and furnishings, vacuum carpets, and perform floor care duties in rooms and hallways. Work flexible shifts, independently handle tasks under any weather conditions, and push carts up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- One year related experience in a similar environment
- Applicants must be able to push cards up to 20-25 lbs
- Applicants must be able willing to work under any weather condition independently
- Applicants must be able willing to work flexible shifts
- Must have the ability to multi task with high demand
- provide excellent customer service/interaction with guests
