Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning duties including changing sheets, arranging towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and rearranging rooms after guest checkout. Maintain storage areas and carts while ensuring all spaces meet health standards through detailed deep cleans and thorough inspections. Collect and remove trash, move furniture, and report any property damage or theft to supervisors. Perform tasks in rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and work areas while adhering to safety precautions. Requires ability to stand, squat, and lift up to 50lbs, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand, squat, kneel, bend and be on their feet for long periods of time
- Able to lift no less than 20lbs and push/pull no less than 50lbs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Knowledge of efficient cleaning techniques and specialized products
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred
