Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of the community through the operation of specialized equipment, scrubbing, mopping, and vacuuming hard and carpeted surfaces. Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste, including refuse and recycling, while utilizing work orders to set up rooms for events. Assist with the movement and delivery of heavy objects and packages. This full-time role in Tinton Falls offers a commensurate salary of $17-$18 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- May be required to maintain a valid driver's license as a condition of employment
- If driving is required for role, must have valid Driver's license and a history of safe driving as noted through a Motor Vehicle Record check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques is preferred
