Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of the community by scrubbing, mopping, and vacuuming hard and carpeted surfaces, setting up rooms for events, and removing trash including refuse and recycling. Operate specialized equipment for carpet care, floor finishing, and waste disposal while utilizing work orders to ensure proper furniture setups. Assist with the movement and delivery of heavy objects and packages. This role supports the daily operations of Wind Crest, an 84-acre continuing care retirement community in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, managed by Erickson Senior Living.
Required Qualifications
