Job Summary
Turndown Attendant cleans guest rooms to uphold Forbes 4-Star standards, prepares room assignments during evening standup, turns down beds, replenishes towels and in-room amenities, empties trash, reports deficiencies to housekeeping/engineering, delivers newsletters and bedtime stories to guest rooms, delivers turndown amenities and water, and creates a restful atmosphere by controlling lighting and fireplace. The role requires punctual attendance, the ability to work weekends and holidays, lift up to 30 lbs, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while adhering to safety requirements; candidates should have six months of related experience and hold a high school diploma or GED, with valid documentation to work in the US.
