Job Summary
Housekeeping Team Member needed to clean and disinfect guest rooms to hotel standards, report maintenance deficiencies and guest requests, replenish supplies, assist with laundry, and maintain security for guests and property. Responsibilities include using designated cleaning chemicals, cleaning and disinfecting furniture/fixtures and touch points, returning keys to the Housekeeping Manager, checking the next day’s schedule, reporting occupancy discrepancies, maintaining storage areas, and providing information about local attractions. Requires English communication, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of housekeeping experience; dress code adherence. Part-time role located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, at Sterling Inn & Spa, with on-site responsibilities and customer-service duties ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.
