Job Summary
Housekeeping Team Leader for MarBella Hotel in Corfu for the 2026 season. Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, assign daily tasks, conduct inspections, train and motivate staff to meet hotel standards and safety protocols, coordinate with front desk and maintenance for special requests, manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, handle guest complaints, oversee laundry/linen services, monitor staff performance, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high guest satisfaction through strong leadership and organization in a luxury hospitality setting.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Keen attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Good organizational skills for managing staff schedules and housekeeping operations.
- Excellent knowledge in both Greek and English
- High school diploma or equivalent. Formal training in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Professional and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
