Job Summary
Housekeeping Team Associate responsible for stocking carts, cleaning guest rooms to light touch or full clean standards, reporting maintenance to front desk, and restocking amenities. Must vacuum, change sheets, and maintain a professional appearance with uniform, ID, safety footwear, and protective equipment. Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, bending, and squatting; limited travel outside the property. Experience with selecting cleaning tools and cleaning agents, and delivering a spotless room per guest expectations. Located at Wrightsville Beach, NC with on-site hotel operations under OTO Development; comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and other employee perks.
