Job Summary
Maintain hotel and brand cleanliness standards for rooms and public areas by inspecting to ensure compliance and correcting security or fire hazards. Train staff in housekeeping and guest service, manage inventory and cost controls, and oversee key control and lost-and-found procedures. Plan work schedules and room assignments with minimal guest disruption while empowering the team to respond promptly to guest needs. Meet or exceed guest satisfaction measures through consistent service delivery and added value programs. Requires good physical health to lift up to 75 pounds and work a flexible schedule.

- Ability to anticipate equipment/supply need and evaluate thoroughness of cleaning done
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times

- Charter One eligibility requirements
- Must speak fluent English
