Job Summary
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort, you will supervise housekeeping personnel, assign duties, inspect rooms before turnover, and ensure adherence to cleanliness standards. You will communicate with guests and staff, provide clear direction, assist in training and development, report engineering issues, and respond promptly to guest requests while delivering top-notch service. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working outdoors in Florida weather, and possessing a valid driver's license with English proficiency and basic to intermediate computer skills (e.g., data entry, email management, Microsoft Office). Prior experience with HotSOS or a property management system is preferred. You will uphold Westgate’s values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic in a smoke-free workplace and must pass background checks and drug testing to work in the United States.
