Job Summary
Lead a dedicated housekeeping team by assigning tasks, conducting daily inspections of guest rooms and public spaces, and delivering polished communication to uphold Westgate's hospitality standards. Ensure flawless operations through organized storage management, equipment care, and overseeing maintenance needs via HotSoS work orders. Uphold exceptional quality and safety by completing routine inspections to foster a hazard-free environment while supporting team growth through ongoing training and performance reviews. Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities assigned by leadership. This AM shift role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience and the ability to work weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Must be able to lift 35lbs
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays if required
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of Housekeeping experience in resort setting is preferred
