Job Summary
Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector responsible for supervising cleaning personnel, ensuring units are cleaned efficiently and to standard, training staff, reporting maintenance issues, inspecting units, and maintaining safety and quality. Oversees staffing assignments, may assist in prep and cleaning during peak periods, enforces the company’s 7-step cleaning process, supports guest satisfaction, resolves complaints promptly, maintains organized storage, and ensures timely turnover of units for guests at the Orlando property.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience in housekeeping supervisory roles
- Ability to train others
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to manage time and staff
- Travel availability about 5% per quarter
