Job Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional service through inspections of guest rooms and public areas, as well as supervising and mentoring the housekeeping team. Candidates should possess strong leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach. Responsibilities include maintaining efficiency of housekeeping procedures, conducting supply inventory, and fostering a positive team culture. The ideal candidate has at least one year of hotel experience and the ability to lift up to fifty pounds.
