Housekeeping Supervisor

Oversee guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with Indigo Road standards through daily spot checks and quality inspections. Motivate and track team progress while assigning room assignments, managing inventory, and assisting with payroll and scheduling. Perform cleaning duties as necessary and respond to guest service challenges with compassion. Monitor high-potential staff for leadership growth and maintain safety standards for personal, staff, and guest well-being. Requires prior housekeeping experience, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
