Job Summary
Lead and mentor the housekeeping team as Assistant Housekeeping Manager at The Colony Hotel (Pyramid Global Hospitality). Oversee housekeeping operations to maintain high cleanliness standards across areas of the hotel, develop and coach staff, ensure training materials are used, implement recognition and career-planning programs, monitor inventory of room products (linen, cleaning supplies, guest amenities), partner with Front Desk to develop a VIP program, and collaborate with Maintenance/Front Desk to coordinate daily operations. Provide exceptional guest service, inspect areas for cleanliness, assign deep-cleaning projects, resolve problems to WOW guests, and maintain professional interactions with hotel staff to support a world-class guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading housekeeping operations in a hotel or resort
