Job Summary
Supervise housekeeping team in a hotel setting, organizing day-to-day staffing, assigning work, mentoring staff, and providing feedback to manage performance. Ensure staff observe safety and security procedures, assist with preventative maintenance for guest rooms and public areas, respond to guest requests and complaints, and inspect guest rooms/suites, linen rooms, and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years supervising a department of seven or more employees
- Prior housekeeping and laundry experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
