Job Summary
Develop schedules for the housekeeping team and coordinate cleaning for rent-ready and move-in-ready apartments. Conduct daily interior inspections to address deficiencies immediately, ensuring the community remains safe and comfortable. Communicate cleaning schedule changes to residents and family members while training staff on community and state policies. Supervise the housekeeping team, including hiring and managing daily operations. Work full-time with varied weekdays and every third weekend from 7am to 3pm. Eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance is included for full-time members.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of housekeeping experience
- 1 year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services
