Job Summary
Supervise housekeeping on assigned floors to achieve quality and productivity standards. Ensure the required number of rooms are cleaned per shift, inspect work to maintain quality, and coach/develop Guest Room Attendants. Assist with scheduling, interview, discipline, and train employees. Maintain a friendly posture with staff, guests, and property employees. Enforce safety and standard operating procedures, and work weekends and holidays. Retention bonus of $1,000 is offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year experience in a housekeeping supervisory role or similar
- Guest Room Attendant and 1 year supervisor experience preferred
