Job Summary
Schedule room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage, then inspect all assigned rooms and public areas to verify furnishings, equipment, and linens are clean and in good repair. Provide efficient feedback to room attendants, ensure associates have proper supplies and uniforms, and train them on safety standards while enforcing compliance. Perform all housekeeping duties including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning, while verifying discrepant room status and completing shift openings and closings. Notify maintenance of necessary repairs and monitor cleanliness of the hotel exterior and parking lot. Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Customer Service Skills required
- Prioritization and time management skills required
- Must have a strong attention to detail

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred
