Job Summary
Housekeeping Supervisor responsible for ensuring cleanliness standards are met and for supervising and training room attendants. Duties include scheduling room/cleaning assignments, inspecting rooms and public areas, giving feedback to improve efficiency and quality, ensuring supplies and PPE are available, enforcing safety standards, conducting accident investigations, performing housekeeping duties as needed, monitoring room status, and handling opening/closing shift duties. Must coordinate with maintenance, monitor exterior hotel cleanliness, and be available for nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires teamwork, ownership, and guest-focused service. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; strong reading/writing/math skills and reliable transportation are required. Skills: customer service, prioritization, time management, attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must have basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
