Job Summary
Assign duties to housekeeping personnel and ensure units are cleaned effectively using the company's 7-step process. Inspect carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains or damage, complete required report cards weekly, and replace kitchen inventory and linen supplies. Train existing and new staff, solve guest complaints promptly, and maintain a safe working environment by ensuring units are turned on time. Perform inventory checks, manage storage closets, and report maintenance issues as needed. Work irregular hours with occasional travel and stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience

- Willing and able to perform all duties related to site operation as directed by the Executive Housekeeper
- Willing and able to assist resorts guests and owners
- Knowledgeable of the resort
- Rare — approximately 5% on a quarterly basis travel
- Frequent — travel is regularly required based on business need
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, move, lift (up to 25 lbs), bend, reach, occasionally ascend/descend, and perform repetitive motions
