Job Summary
Oversee housekeeping operations and supervise room and public-area cleanliness, inspect rooms against quality standards, coordinate with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry, manage shift assignments and room status, document discrepancies, and communicate changes to staff. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; ensure safety, confidentiality, and adherence to policies; maintain professional appearance and guest service standards; handle administrative tasks and prepare necessary paperwork. Familiarity with Marriott hotel operations and front desk coordination is expected, with emphasis on supervising a team and maintaining guest satisfaction.
