Job Summary
Housekeeping Supervisor coordinates and oversees housekeeping and laundry operations under the Housekeeping Manager. Responsibilities include inspecting rooms and public areas, training and supervising room attendants, assisting with scheduling and room-cleaning assignments, maintaining inventory and par levels for linen and supplies, monitoring laundry equipment and supplies, handling lost and found, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires supervising experience, strong English communication, basic math, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Duties may include performing housekeeping tasks as needed to ensure guest rooms meet brand standards and guest expectations. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus two years housekeeping experience including some supervisory training/experience
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English
- Reading and writing abilities to document tasks, order supplies, receive instructions and read equipment manuals including safety information
- Mathematical skills including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
