Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervise the Housekeeping team to ensure excellent guest service and perfect guest experiences. Represent Housekeeping Management as the primary contact for all housekeeping-related topics. Conduct daily quality control checks of hotel rooms and housekeeping areas to identify and rectify deficiencies. Monitor and optimize the use of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations and cost control. Perform inventories and order cleaning supplies to maintain adequate stock levels. Organize and coordinate special projects such as renovations and events with specific cleaning requirements. Collaborate with other departments like Front Office, Engineering, and Administration to ensure smooth operations and effectively resolve guest complaints.
