Job Summary
Oversees housekeeping functions across assigned sections, assigns duties, inspects work, and investigates complaints to ensure clean, orderly guest rooms and high guest satisfaction. Supervises housekeeping personnel, coordinates training and development, maintains SOP compliance, and ensures safety and efficient operations. Manages daily department tasks, maintains records, and collaborates with other departments to uphold service standards and quality.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or related field required
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
