Job Summary
On-site Housekeeping Supervisor I at downtown Pittsburgh (location specified). Lead the housekeeping team to maintain Placemakr cleanliness and quality standards, conduct room inspections, coach and train new hires, manage shift coverage, and collaborate with other departments to ensure superior guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, prioritizing tasks, tracking time/attendance, providing real-time feedback, and supporting performance conversations and scheduling while upholding safety and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of housekeeping or cleaning experience (hospitality-specific experience a plus)
- 1+ year of experience as a team lead, supervisor or mentor
- strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- ability to independently manage tasks and stay organized
- effective in-the-moment feedback and communication
- lead by example with a can-do attitude
- ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- demonstrated excellence in Housekeeper III skills
