Job Summary
Lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards. Assess inventory, assign cleaning tasks, and inspect rooms while verifying and reporting status or discrepancies. Monitor stock rooms and carts, coordinate with Engineering for maintenance, and perform attendant duties as needed. Inspect 25 to 80 rooms daily and operate large objects such as carts and furniture. Required Qualifications
- Physically able to move and/or operate large objects, such as housekeeping carts, suite furniture, large bags of linen, vacuum cleans and boxes of inventory
- Ability to inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day
- Ability to clean rooms, when needed
- Knowledge of and ability to operate a computer
