Job Summary
Lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and House persons to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards. Assess inventory, assign cleaning tasks, and inspect rooms while verifying and reporting status or discrepancies. Monitor stock rooms and carts, coordinate with Engineering for maintenance needs, and perform Room Attendant or House person duties as needed. Inspect up to 80 rooms daily and operate cleaning equipment and large objects. Join the opening team at AC Hotel & Moxy Dallas Uptown to help bring both brands to life.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day
- Ability to clean rooms, when needed
- Physically able to move and/or operate large objects, such as housekeeping carts, suite furniture, large bags of linen, vacuum cleans and boxes of inventory
- Knowledge of and ability to operate a computer
