Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service, perform quality assurance, and supervise room attendants and suite attendants to ensure adequate staffing levels. Clean and inspect rooms, maintain housekeeping cart inventory, and monitor security by ensuring guest room doors are locked. Assist the Executive Housekeeper in all duties and act in their capacity when off duty, while collaborating with Guest Services during peak times. Report missing or damaged items and handle lost and found items per hotel procedures. This role requires at least two years of housekeeping experience with supervisory experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of previous housekeeping experience
- Supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish
