Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervise housekeeping operations and team members while ensuring superior room and public area cleanliness. Perform all duties of a Housekeeping Attendant, including operating commercial laundry and cleaning equipment, and handle chemicals in accordance with safety standards. Assist with recruitment, orientation, training, scheduling, and performance management for team members. Monitor supply and key control, maintain accurate lost and found logs, and uphold health and safety policies. Maintain knowledge and skills required to perform any position in the department. Handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
