Job Summary
Oversees housekeeping and laundry staff, ensures rooms and common areas are clean and safe, maintains supply rooms and budgets, processes guest complaints, and coordinates daily staffing including stand-up meetings. Provides coaching and training to new housekeepers, ensures high levels of customer service, and reports progress to the hotel manager. Requires strong organizational skills, ability to manage a team, budgeting basics, scheduling, and basic computer use for scheduling and recordkeeping.

- High school diploma or GED; previous housekeeping experience expected.
