Job Summary
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will assist management in achieving housekeeping excellence and work closely with the team to ensure understanding of expectations, particularly for new hires. Responsibilities include training and coaching staff, maintaining attention to detail to uphold high standards, scheduling staff to meet business demands, and ensuring safety practices are followed according to OSHA guidelines. Physical requirements include the ability to lift objects and stand or walk for extended periods. This role requires strong multi-tasking abilities and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Effective use of housekeeping equipment/tools
- Good communication skills - fluency in reading, writing and speaking English required
