Housekeeping Supervisor - Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba

Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping department to ensure service standards and guest satisfaction; handle guest concerns and react quickly, coordinating with proper areas to guarantee memorable moments; inform staff daily about priorities to personalize service; drive on-the-floor training and ensure Room Attendants follow cleaning sequences; supervise the preparation of MIP amenities and décor, and inspect rooms, corridors, and stores for highest cleanliness standards; conduct on-the-job training for Room Attendants; maintain equipment, manage inventory for room linen, and ensure punctuality and courteous attitude; collaborate with Housekeeper and Security for handovers and reporting; requires experience with Opera or related systems and strong interpersonal/problem-solving abilities; location Aqaba, Jordan.
