Job Summary
Supervise daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and spa zones, ensuring all spaces meet Mercure and Accor brand standards for cleanliness and presentation. Conduct daily room inspections, coordinate status updates with Front Office, and manage task allocation, attendance, and training for room attendants, public area staff, and laundry personnel. Monitor linen, amenities, and minibar replenishment while overseeing inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Assist in developing SOPs, cleaning schedules, and quality checklists to support the pre-opening team at this contemporary midscale hotel featuring 90 rooms and a spa.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping operations
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and room inspection processes
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage teams and priorities under pressure
- Basic proficiency in English
- Romanian is required
- Attention to detail
