Job Summary
Supervise housekeeping operations and coordinate cross-departmental efforts to maintain Marriott International's quality standards. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities after housekeeping, run room status reports, identify discrepant rooms, prioritize cleaning, and communicate changes in room assignments. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching staff. Ensure adherence to safety, security, and company policies; report hazards and incidents. Maintain professional appearance and guest relations, use computers/POS systems, and support the Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry teams. Manage workload efficiently, communicate issues to the next shift, and perform other duties as assigned to uphold service excellence and asset protection. Preferred education includes a High school diploma or GED, with at least 1 year of related supervisory experience.
