Job Summary
Check room and public area cleanliness daily, substitute the Housekeeping Operations Manager during their absence, and manage both internal staff and external cleaning companies to ensure smooth team operations. Train and coach the team to uphold quality standards while coordinating orders and delivery bills. Work closely with hosts and hotel maintenance to fulfill guest wishes. The role starts in September for the October hotel opening, requiring fluent Dutch and English, with a 35-hour full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- previous experience in the same position
- a passion for cleanliness and order, with a keen eye for detail
- presenting yourself confidently, bringing joy to the workplace, and humour is second nature to you
- enjoying working with international guests and know exactly how to respond smartly to their diverse needs
- speaking fluent Dutch and can communicate well in English
