Job Summary
Check room and public area cleanliness daily, substitute the Housekeeping Operations Manager during their absence, and share responsibility for the team including internal staff and external cleaning companies. Train and coach staff to maintain quality standards, coordinate external vendors by handling orders and delivery bills, and work with hosts and maintenance to fulfill guest wishes. The role starts in September with full-time hours of 35 weeks. Fluent Dutch and English are required, along with previous experience in the same position and a keen eye for detail.

- enjoying working with international guests and know exactly how to respond smartly to their diverse needs
- speaking fluent Dutch and can communicate well in English
