Housekeeping Supervisor

Inspect work to ensure it meets specifications and established standards, investigate service and equipment complaints to take corrective action, and evaluate the physical condition of facilities to determine required work. Monitor and assess performance of staff and yourself to make improvements, confer with employees to resolve personnel problems, and recommend changes that improve service and operational efficiency. Evaluate employee performance to recommend promotions, transfers, or dismissals, and move luggage weighing up to 30 lb. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead others, with a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
