Job Summary
Oversee daily housekeeping operations in a healthcare facility, lead and supervise housekeeping staff, assign tasks, and ensure cleaning to established protocols. Maintain infection-control practices, manage inventory of supplies and equipment, enforce safety and sanitation regulations, and conduct staff coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Conduct regular inspections, address resident and staff requests, and promote high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
Required Qualifications
