Job Summary
Oversee housekeeping staff and operations at Limelight Mammoth, train and manage team members, brief on daily cleaning focus and events, ensure timely completion of duties, inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness, coordinate with front desk on occupancy and guest requests, maintain communication with leadership, and support in cleaning as needed. Must have English and Spanish communication skills; strong knowledge of industry best practices, staff development, and project planning to maintain high guest satisfaction and orderly housekeeping workflows.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of management experience preferred
- 5 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
