Job Summary
Lead the housekeeping team to transform guest rooms into inviting accommodations while ensuring cleanliness standards are met for both rooms and public areas. Empower staff to deliver great guest service through open communication, guidance, and emphasis on training and development. Assist in planning work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests. Maintain the highest standards of presentation to create exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work
- Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization's physical premises
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred
