Job Summary
Night-shift housekeeping leadership for the Environmental Services team at HonorHealth Deer Valley (Phoenix, AZ). Responsibilities include supervising and coaching staff across areas such as occupied/discharged patient room cleaning, nursing and non-nursing areas, restrooms, linen services, waste disposal, floor care, and special projects; ensuring compliance with departmental policies and regulatory requirements (OSHA, DNV, Infectious Control, Health Stream Courses); coordinating staff training, performance evaluations, and pre-service huddles; allocating resources and assisting with budget development and adherence; fostering a safe, high-quality hospital experience for patients, staff, and visitors; and acting as liaison for internal/external ES operations while promoting the organization's mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years supervisory experience required
- 3 years in Environmental Services required
- 4 years experience in Healthcare Management/Leadership role preferred
