Housekeeping Supervisor

Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations for guest rooms and public areas, ensuring all standards are met. Assign work to Room Attendants, train associates in housekeeping duties, and perform cleaning tasks as needed. Post room occupancy records, adjust guest complaints regarding service or equipment, and write requisitions for supplies and furniture. Examine carpets and furniture for damage, check linens, and aid in budget control through employee supervision. Record inspection results, notify personnel of inadequacies, and communicate with other hotel departments on problems. Ensure key control policies and greet guests in a friendly manner. Requires at least 2-3 years of housekeeping experience, high school diploma preferred, and weekend/holiday availability.
