Housekeeping Supervisor

Create shift schedules, assign daily cleaning tasks, and train new team members. Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to meet safety and hygiene rules. Monitor and order cleaning supplies, chemicals, and linens. Report maintenance issues and update room statuses with the front desk. Resolve guest complaints and fulfill special requests promptly. Requires bilingual English-Spanish skills and 2 to 3 years of housekeeping or hospitality experience with supervisory work preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
