Housekeeping Supervisor

Inspect Room Attendant work performance daily to ensure standards and productivity levels are met. Oversee floor closing procedures, ensuring carts are clean and restocked, and maintain key control and lost-and-found records. Monitor cleanliness of carts, linen closets, stairways, and landings while overseeing daily duty assignments for all staff. Carry an active pager to maintain contact with Front Office and Engineering, reporting progress on out-of-order rooms and initiating maintenance work orders. Assist with staff training and may clean rooms as business dictates. Ensure completion of biannual cleaning projects and maintain overall guest satisfaction.
