Job Summary
Supervise the housekeeping staff at Kimpton Brice Hotel in Savannah, GA, providing open communication, training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction. Oversee cleaning of guest rooms, turndown service, public areas, and back-of-house areas, ensuring compliance with health/sanitation standards and safety protocols. Assign tasks, manage supplies and inventory, respond to guest requests, and coordinate emergency training procedures. Requires ability to move throughout the building and lift up to 100 lbs. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a focus on hospitality and teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to grasp, lift, carry or otherwise move materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to move throughout building, bend, stoop and reach to assist other staff members
