Job Summary
Supervise housekeeping staff at a luxury hotel in Times Square, providing direction, training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, assigning shift tasks, maintaining inventory and supplies, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, enforcing health/sanitation and safety standards, handling guest requests, logging Lost and Found items, and implementing emergency procedures while coordinating with the team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to grasp, lift, carry or move materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
