Housekeeping Supervisor

Direct all housekeeping and laundry department activities while ensuring team members meet quality and regulatory standards. Recruit, hire, and orient new staff, providing ongoing training and support. Monitor supplies, payroll, compliance, and team issues, including responding to after-hours and weekend PRN calls to ensure adequate staffing. Conduct facility rounds to verify employees follow state and federal standards for basic duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning windows, and scouring bathrooms. Respond immediately to customer complaints or inquiries and report problems or accidents to the immediate supervisor.
