Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations at Grand Hyatt Nashville, including assigning work to Room Attendants, training staff in housekeeping duties, maintaining accurate room occupancy records, addressing guest complaints related to housekeeping, preparing requisitions for supplies and replacements, inspecting carpets/drapes/furniture for wear, managing linen and supply inventories, assisting with budget control through supervision of linen and equipment usage, recording inspection results, ensuring adherence to policies, and supporting guest experiences through professional interaction with guests and cross-department coordination.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 2–3 years housekeeping experience in a commercial environment
- Experience supervising or training housekeeping staff
- Familiarity with inventory management, room inspections, and guest service protocols
