Job Summary
Oversee daily housekeeping duties and ensure colleague and customer compliance with Health and Safety protocols and OSHA standards. Manage a team of 20 employees, execute staff onboarding, and maintain supply inventory while strictly adhering to sanitation protocols. Provide leadership to enhance the shopping environment and exceed customer expectations. Requires a 4-year college degree, 2-4 years of operations experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Reports directly into the Housekeeping Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of operations/building services experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. as required
- Knowledge of OSHA
Desired Qualifications
- 4 year college degree preferred
